My favorite cookie recipe uses cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice for flavor. SO GOOD. I've spent some time trying to convince Susan that we should replicate them in a lollipop, but it's not made it from the list of potential/brainstormed flavors to an actual collection yet. Yet. There's still time! Order before February 8th for Valentine's Day.
* I'm not sure if garlic is technically a spice, but man does it make fries taste good.

1/2 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1-1/2 c flour
1t baking soda
1t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t ginger
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, cream butter & sugars. Beat in egg & vanilla. Add flour, baking soda & spices. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
